Wonderful Customer Service. Very rapid standard delivery! Very please with the tiles, but do have one minor gripe; the plain natural stone elements of this mosaic tile are somewhat variable. The sample I requested before ordering did not show this variable nature, and some of the tiles that I received in my order (ordered 16 tiles) have quite a few rather “deformed” natural stone sections in the mosaic, which are not actually 15mmx15mm square at all. I do appreciate that the stone elements are a natural product, but I do feel that the quality control of the manufacturer should have caught these anomalies. That said. I will definitely use World of Mosaics for any future orders as the service and price is second to none!

We take onboard what you have said regarding some colour and texture anomalies and will talk with our suppliers.
Natural products do always vary slightly, but saying that, some defects can go out from the factories un-noticed.

Excellent service and price.
Very fast shipping, and the option of just buying individual tiles and not a whole box was very helpful, not everyone needs 80 tiles at a time !
Only concern was having a single shipping option only – overnight courier at almost £18 for a handul of tiles is a bit harsh. I can understand why most people ordering a pallet load of floor tiles would get charged this, but…
I ran short of literally 10 small (10cm square) tiles and had to pay through the nose to have them shipped to finish the job – kind of takes the edge of the lovely experience otherwise.
Instead of a single expensive flat shipping option ONLY, perhaps a cheaper/slower option for small orders like this would help.
Otherwise, the tiles themselves look absolutely great, the website is easy to use and provides great service, I would recommend it to others, just watch the shipping sting !

Just to say that the service and delivery was fantastic. We recently ordered 154 sheets of ‘Jewel Gomeda’ mosaics. These worked out as cheap as anywhere else and were delivdered the next day! The tiles look amazing now they are up and we can’t wait to find some tiles for our second bathroom. Thanks a lot, James.

Many thank for best price service and delivery. Website excellent. Tiler has just completed. Unfortunately there were five broken tiles in the bottom of one box (at the bottom of the pallet). They were unlikely to have broken during transport.

unlike most of your customers i wanted my tiles for my hobby. This time i am trying to blend wood and mosaics. i have cut out a cubist cat from a pale type mahogany wood. it is a striking 22 inches tall and i decided it needed black and gold tiles and when i found the jewel gomeda there i was in one tile. thank you for your super service and quick delivery.

Fabulous customer service – went out of his way (think it was Dean) to get tiles to us quickly. Cheaper than High Street famous store, and delivered in 1 day rather than 7 days (the High Street store). Thanks for great tiles which looks brilliant.

I was very pleased with your company. The price I paid for the glass mosaic tile was less than I could find it for here in the U.S., including the cost of shipping. I saw the tile here (GW-CHAMOSBBC), so I knew what to expect without need for a sample. The web support (Dean) was excellent too. All of my questions about purchasing and shipping to the U.S. were answered clearly and promptly. Two large boxes arrived, each with two smaller boxes of tiles packed in them.
Unfortunately, the box opened and inspected by customs arrived with tile sheets folded back on themselves, not flat as I suspect they were originally packed. Several individual tiles (I counted 6) within several different sheets, arrived either chipped or fractured.
I’ve never worked with glass tiles before, but if I understand correctly, those broken tiles can be cut out and replaced with tiles from another sheet during installation. If that is correct, a little extra work, but no serious harm done. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Best price for our tiles and delivery by a mile and outstanding customer service – a winning combination! Our tiles delivery was delayed due to a short-term problem with the supplier but someone phoned who was exceptionally friendly and polite to fill us in, offered to refund if we couldn’t wait. We decided to wait the extra few days – felt confident in this because of the great customer service. Would highly recommend – great job guys all round.

I bought mosiac tiles , 1 small tile had a scratch on it, although it is barely noticable.
All in all, good service, good prices, although your promise to answer emails within 1 hour went by the wayside.

Excellent price and speedy dispatch. Tiles are beautiful and a stunning addition to our home.
Couple of suggestions: dislay the prices inc. VAT. Also include an area calculator with recommended margin of error for cutting etc. Good for novices. Had to order in two batches paying two lots of P&P. Minor gripe though.

Website easy to use. Tiles much better price than web or local competition. Delivery slow and communication very poor, however, this could be due to a problem with the Company Telecommunication system.

Ordered tiles from World of Mosaics as the tiles I wanted were much more expensive locally.
The tiles arrived much more quickly than expected – it was lucky I was at home to receive them as I was not notified of their despatch.
A couple of tiles were damaged on receipt and two were missing. This was quickly rectified – excellent customer service.
Would definitely recommend this company.
After searching for the ideal tile for our new shower room, had a fit at the price local firms were asking. Found world of Mosaics via google and they could provide the same tile at almost half the price. Tiles, cement and grout arrived the following day. An excellent service. Thanks.

The only improvement in the service would have been an email to let me know when the tiles had been dispatched – apart from that full marks. Any questions I had were answered quickly via email. Ordered the wrong tiles by mistake. Phoned to cancel the order within 5 minutes and was told you’d refund me straight away. That was 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through…

Very pleased with the tiles. Much cheaper than the high street stores. Communication was good after the holiday season however I would suggest the you publish any holiday shutdown so that customers understand why they cannot reach you. Never the less once back at work after New Year excellent service

Thanks for the feedback… it’s a good point. We do publish general holiday service terms and conditions on our website on our home delivery page. However, i agree that it’s a great idea to publish any specific interruptions of service, such as Christmas holidays etc, on our site.

I wish i had found world of mosaics earlier,we needed tiles very quickly and i knew what i wanted but they all seemed to be too expensive in the shops. I stumbled on your website at the last minute and you had the most incredible range of mosaics and at great prices. I ordered tiles without seeing a sample and they are absolutely beautiful, they really are a feature in my bathroom. Dean was extremely helpful all the way through and the delivery only took 3 days even in the snow! Amazing, i will definately use again and recommend to all my friends.

I found the website really easy to use. I ordered a sample border tile which arrived the day after and prompted me place an order. I did my order over the phone with Dean who was really friendly and helpful. I arranged for the tiles to be delivered on Monday the 11/10 before 12. After having a day off work, waiting in all day and making many phone calls I came to the conclusion that the tiles were not being delivered that day.
On the Tuesday I stayed in and waited until 10.35 when I phoned Dean just to check on progress. He stated that he would have to phone here, there and everywhere but would get back to me. At 11.58 the courier turned up with the tiles. When I checked the delivery note, it stated that the tiles were due for despatch yesterday. Not really sure what happened but felt like I had wasted a lot of time.
Dean has agreed to refund the carriage charge but do not feel that you lived up to the very speedy and efficient delivery of goods as stated in some of the above comments. If the cost of the goods had not been so reasonable, I would have cancelled the order.

After trawling around the internet for days I found what I would like for my bathroom.
I ordered some samples online and they were delivered the next day. I also asked for suggestions for a non slip floor tile to match, and a sample was sent direct to me.
Excellent service…only wish the bathroom fitters were as good…still awaiting quotes.

After ordering tiles that I found out weren’t suitable, World of Mosaics were very obliging and allowed me to return them to the suppliers without charging me an arm and a leg for doing so. Thank you!

Great price, half that of a highstreet tile shop. Very quick and helpful responses to emails, and requests for samples. Arranged a courier to collect my order, which was handled well and had no problems. Next project I will be coming back again!
Very impressed! I’d chosen the tiles in another shop but found them a LOT cheaper on here. Ordering was easy and they arrived three days later in perfect condition. Bathroom all done now and am a very happy bunny!
We looked around loads of tile shops in our local area for mosaic tiles – when we found one we wanted I requested a sample from a big tile chain but it never arrived. I found the same mosaic tile on World of Mosaics and requested a sample which arrived within two days. We placed our order soon after and not only saved a load of money due to the price being around £3 per tile cheaper we also received the tiles only two days after our order! Tiles were well packaged, with no breakages and I would not hesitate to use World of Mosaics again, great price and great service

First class service. A great company to deal with. Instant response to e mails, my order was processed professionally and without any problems whatsoever. Tiles arrived well packaged. I cant recommend World of Mosaics highly enough!
Although the iridescent mosaic tiles differed somewhat in colour from the website image they look very attractive in my new shower room. I would recommend any customers to order a sample first as the multi-coloured effect is impossible to photograph. Once on the wall the effect is of patches of pretty rainbow colours, not all over, but wherever the light falls, as this changes during the day it makes the walls interesting. We matched them with some mirror tiles and shiny black floor tiles which also reflect the colours but in a more muted way. The room certainly has the wow factor as thankfully the tiler did a great job.
I also ordered the plain white metro tiles for my kitchen and these are of good quality and priced very reasonably.
I will certainly be using this company again for my bathroom tiles when I can afford to make a start.
The tiler has now almost finished laying the kitchen and utility room floors. The tiles look really impressive, particularly because they are 500m square.
The delivery service was excellent. we are really pleased with the quality of the Acero Boira tile. The tiler has had only two miscuts and they were awkward shapes, so wastage is minimal. Will have enough left over to do the ensuite now!
An ommission on your website meant that I could not view a particular wall tile in a range that was otherwise displayed. Your webmaster resolved this in a matter of hours and I was able to order samples that have I since received for one of my customers. They came promptly and where packaged well. My customers have confirmed that they are the tiles that they have seen elsewhere at a much inflated price! I will shortly be placing an order for wall and floor tiles and look forward to dealing with World of Mosaics.

fantastic personal service which was followed up at each stage. ordered sunday pm and sample hand delivered monday pm! brilliant. Tiles were out of stock for a week or two but they rang around and managed to get them 2 days later. would definately recommend and use again and a bonus that they were the cheapest around by far – saved 6 quid a sheet! I have been searching for some tiles that were “discontinued” locally and hey presto, there they were. Samples have come and i am about to order with confidence having read these reviews.
